Weird Homes Tour Austin

Cypress Valley takes an escape in nature to whole new heights—literally, in five amazing treehouses. Nestled high in ancient cypress trees (some over 500 years old), each treehouse is built above a spring-fed creek ravine offering guests a visual and audible delight as the creek gurgles, owls hoot, and wildlife visit the ravine and trees. Each treehouse and the 6-bedroom Ranch House have unique designs and are often booked together for weddings or family reunions and together can house up to 30 people

All designed by Artistree Home, an eco design-build company with many award-winning treehouses and tiny homes, the five treehouses vary from secluded romantic getaways having private bathhouses with soaking tubs (Yoki and Lofthaven) to a Swiss-family family adventure (Nest) and two small romantic rooms in the trees (Juniper and Willow). The treehouses are located on a 103-acre working ranch dedicated to having sustainable building practices and operations with solar, rainwater collection, and other initiatives. It is a working Ranch with American Bison, a small seasonal lake, picnic area, and lots of wildflowers in the spring.

The Weird Homes Tour’s self-driving and virtual home tours showcase unique and interesting homes in cities all across the world.  They are highly Instagram and social media worthy and family-friendly events where photos are welcome.
