The first thing you need to know about the Lagoon House is that everything about it is MASSIVE.  The house sits on a three acre property filled with fun. The home itself not only spans a whopping 14,500 square feet of living space (the largest we’ve ever had on the tour) with 6 bedrooms and 7.5 baths but the 40ft frame and the wide open floor plan make the place feel enormous.

The home’s most iconic feature is the massive lagoon style outdoor pool that stretches out over half an acre. Seriously, this thing looks like a water park.  It even has its own zip line!  And if one pool isn’t enough for you, you can also find a second pool inside the house.  In addition, the Lagoon House has a  expansive game room with shuffleboard, foosball and pool tables with a retro arcade thrown in for good measure. Basketball Fan? Well the Lagoon House has Rip City covered with an indoor court and benches to practice raining all those threes. It’s perfect for a family or five!
